Calling all MLIA fans, Harry Potter fans, etc! Surprise for my friend's birthday? IDEAS?

So my friend is turning 14 this August, and I want to surprise her with SOMETHING. Last year, my other friend and I threw her a surprise birthday party! This year, I want to surprise her again, but not with another party. I was thinking a total surprise day with just her and I. I would call her up and be like get dressed, we are celebrating your birthday. However, I don't know what we should do? She and I both LOVE M.L.I.A (my life is average), and pretty much everything on there; you know, acting like little kids, Disney movies, Harry Potter, etc. So I want to do some MLIA worthy day. I don't know what to do though? Suggestions PLEASE! Also, ideas for a gift?

Maybe you can decorate the house like a castle or like make a big cubby house with sofas and bedsheets and have like tables and chairs and stuff inside.

As a gift, maybe you can get her like a superhero costume or maybe you can make it a superhero themed party. :)
