Puppy Party Ideas Please!!!?

Q. We are throwing a puppy shower for my 15 wk old boy rat terrier! Our party theme is red black and white. I need
1) Game Ideas
2) Food Ideas (for dog and human)
3) Gift Bag Ideas
4)Raffle Ideas
Im on a tight budget so not overly expensive please!
Also please don't give me any snide comments about me throwing my dog a party.

1) game ideas, if you have enough space
you should have an owner/dog competiton, try fetching, blind folding the owner, or have an eating contest, which ever dog can gobble the most kibbles or idk haha

for the humans haha, make hot dogs or burgers, doesnt get better than that haha, or have a cupcake decorating contest, and have the dog owners try to make their cupcake look most like the dog, and the winner gets a basket of toys or a box of dog treats

3. for the goodie bags, throw in treats, and 1 toy, and if your a girly girl, make the doggies raver colorful beaded bracelets with their name, but make it big enough to fit the dogs head hahah, this sounds expensive but its not, at wallmart you can buy a tub of bracelet beads for 7 bucks

and you can make matching ones for the owner

4. raffle could be a basket of toys and treats,
or a 10 dollar petco gift card, and a 10 dollar starbucks giftcard for the owner :D


i dont know how much it will all cost, but the dollar tree has awesome dog toys and the 99 cent store, and it all depends how many people are going to the party.

My sister is turning 13 next month, and I don't know what to get for her. She likes Justin Bieber and I was going to get her the Never Say Never EP, but my mom already bought it :/. My sister really enjoys her theatre class at her school, and she likes the shows on TLC like Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings (she wants to be a wedding planner someday) and she has outgrown toys like Barbie dolls and such, so I have absolutely no idea what to give her.
Yes, I am older than my sister. I'm 18.
She already saw the Justin Bieber movie.
