birthday gift ideas real simple image

My friend is going to be 18, and I need a birthday gift to outdo my last one for her. Last year I did a picture collage of her and I and a couple of our other friends. It looked real cute and it hangs in her room. I like gifts that show that you care, plus gifts that last awhile. It has to be creative (that way it's more meaningful and cheaper ;D)
Have you made anything for someone that was just so awesome and creative, and you were proud of that gift? Or have you been wanting to do something for someone, but never did it, but it sounds like an amazing idea?If so could you share? I need as much ideas as possible.

Well, I've been making things for my friends birthdays since we turned 16! I always liked the idea of something you'd keep forever. So I've made a lot of scrapbooks etc, that's always something fun, to put loads of photos, but it doesn't have to be just things like that, I was putting in stuff like the train tickets we had used on the day, quotes from all of us that made the day more hilarious. But the best part was I dedicated pages to our best friends. So I'd put a whole page of her and another friend, and got that friend to sign the page with a personal birthday message. She loved it.
Also I'm quite artistic, so I've drawn a lot of photos and things like that for friends.
Another thing the girls love are video/photo montages. So making a movie on something as simple as Windows Movie Maker and putting together hilarious photos, with personal messages and things like that. Its especially funny to put all the awful photos where everyone looks bad, always makes it more fun to watch, and again put messages dotted in and around on them, the guys have always loved it tbf. :).
One last thing, I normally write a letter. This is the thing my friends love most, and I explain the entire year to them through the letter, and they do tend to be emotional, but its a cute thing to have. All of them have kept everything they've had, and they're all dotted around everyones rooms.

What should I get my boyfriend for his 18th birthday?

He's turning 18 later this month. He's a huge country boy. He likes pretty much anything country. He tells me he doesn't want anything for his birthday, or he "supposedly" can't think of what he wants. Please help me. We've been dating for almost 10 months. Please please help! :) Very much appreciated!
