I live away from family members and we do not know anyone around here. So there are no children to invite and I would like to do something special! I just have no ideas..

Have a special day for her birthday. When she wakes up make her favorite breakfast and have a Happy Birthday sign and balloons hanging in the dinning room. Then take her to Chuck E Cheese, Movies, Zoo, Playground, Park, shopping, etc. When you get home have cake and ice cream and give her a small gift to open.
