Baby boy's first birthday gift?

I want some sort of Sentimental gift for him. I have been looking and looking and can't seem to pick something. Any ideas??

add to it every time you possibly can

I did - started in 1977

I paid for sons college education and bought him in 1993 his 1st car ( 72 Lemans )

My boyfriend and i have been together for two and a half years. He's older than me and a total free spirit. He goes to college in Philadelphia and is very smart. He plays basketball and some other sports but just for recreation and fun. He enjoys having a good time and has lately been obsessed with "society's pressure to conform" I dont have too much to spend - im thinking like seventy five or less? as i said he's really into this new found freedom. Hes mentioned wanting to sky dive and wants to get an iphone - obviously i dont have the resources to get him anything like that - i would if i could of course. This boy is the love of my life - but im all out of ideas!

Itâs something I know she wonât forget for a long time.
