It's going to be my friends birthday on the 23rd and it's going to be at a restaurant. Do you think a bath gift set would be a good idea? (By the way she's turning 13) and where can I buy one in London?
Oh and what do you think I should wear?

You can get nice ones in Boots that are reasonably priced. Claire's accessories also do cool ones.
Just wear something nice that you feel comfortable in. Jeans with a nice top and pumps/boots or the shorts and tights combo with a cool top. A nice scarf is a good idea too and earrings.

What should I get my friend for her birthday?

She's turning 16.
She loves world history
She loves different cultures (as in she loves learning about there customs, music, etc.)
She loves reading but not the teenage stuff (Twilight, etc.) but classics and books from around the world
She likes adventure (traveling, etc)
She also likes board games

Could you help. These are all kinda broad and I need a few idea's. Also please don't say just get her books or gift cards. For books can you give me some specific books. Thanks!

If she likes traveling etc. you could buy a picture frame with a few slots, so it's not just for one picture but for a few, and put in pictures of places she wants to go (such as Paris, London, Rome etc.). you could even photoshop or glue on a cut out photo of you and her so it looks like you visited the places already.

Homemade gifts, especially from friends, are the best gift you can give (truly!) :)
