My niece's 10 yr old birthday will be coming up soon, and I'm on a budget. I was thinking of giving her money, but I figured I could find something cool for her instead. Any ideas? Or should I just give her money?

Well, see what her interests are. Like, if she likes Barbie, giver her something about Barbie. If she likes Bratz or High School musical, give her something based on that. If she likes to write, give her one of those automatic journals that has a Barbie, Bratz, or whatever she likes as the theme. If you don't think that would work you should giver her one of those small purses and fill them in with a bunch of cute stuff she'd use. Like a small doggy notepad with a flower pen, hair ties, bracelets, stuff like that. Give her something special like that. Stay away from giving her money lol.
