Birthday present ideas for my sister in law?

It's her 21st birthday. She doesn't drink and she's married. Do you have any ideas for a gift? I'll take anything at this point, I'm clueless!

If she likes to be pampered a bit, I'd say get some candles and bath salts/ bubble bath,etc. Or you two go out and have a girls day/night of shopping, salon visit,etc.
If you're not sure what to do- maybe a gift certificate to her and her husband's favorite place to eat at in the town you live in.
Sorry I can't think of anything else, because I'm not sure if you want to do something with her, or a present she can enjoy with her husband. - Hope that does give you an idea though and she has a great birthday. :)
