What to give my grandma for her birthday?

She is about 60. Ha I don't know how old she is. But yeah she likes to hang out with her granny friends, go to Casinos on the weekends, watch novelas, play Loteria, she actually lives in a healthy condition so I can't get her a golden cane or anything. Any ideas? I can't spend over 100 dollars because I'm only 17 and don't have a job?

Cristian, if she enjoys her novelas, she probably likes movies, right? For the amount you have to spend, you could get her a fat handful or a boxed set of movies featuring her favorite actor(s), or the best in a genre she likes (romance, western, whatever), or several seasons of a favorite TV show, current or from the past.

Sixty isn't all that old for a healthy person, even though it seems that way to people who are your age. Gifts intended for the elderly would be insulting, so don't even think it.

My grandma is turning 86 and I want to get her something really special...My mom and I usually get her gift baskets with easy-to-make meals, and handy gadgets to make life a little easier. Last year I got her an aquarium to keep her company since she lives alone. Any ideas? Thanks!

My daughter asked me what I wanted, I said a portable cd player and some Puccini cd's to play on it ( for when I sit on the patio )

She said " how about an Ipod" LOL, I told her I have enough to worry about without trying to download music.
