Anyone have some Birthday gift ideas?

So my dad and mom's birthdays are both coming up next week. I really want to do something nice for them, especially for my dad. He is having a really hard time, since we just found out my that there isn't much more the doctors can do to help my grandpa who is dealing with cancer. If anyone has so clever or good birthday gift ideas, please let me know. Thanks!
