There are some nice sound-dampening earphones that won't cost too much. If he has a favorite style of music, put together a mix CD with songs you think he might like. If you are doing this, try to put some songs he might not have heard or bands he doesn't normally listen to.

I have a few questions..
My boyfriends birthday is coming up and I Would like to do a homemade girt this year. I was planning on making him a fleece tie blanket and having something embroidered on it to make I more personal, but I don't know what to put on it. Ideas? Also I want to give him something else that ties into the DIY "blanket theme". Again, ideas? And lastly birthday card.. Homemade or store bought with a meaningful message?
